Does your order seem incomplete to you?
It is possible that your order was shipped in two separate packages for logistical reasons. If you have already received the first package, please wait for the delivery of the second, which should arrive shortly. To follow the delivery of each of your packages, we invite you to consult the tracking numbers which were provided to you in the shipping confirmation email.
What is my order number?
To find your order number, please consult the confirmation email sent following your purchase.
If you can't find it in your inbox, it may be in your spam folder.
If the confirmation email is missing, contact us for assistance. We promise to provide a response within 24 business hours.
Where is my order?
To track your order, please visit the " Order Tracking " page. Enter your order number, which was emailed to you at the time of purchase, to access tracking information.
If you need additional information on the status of your order, our customer service remains at your disposal.
What are the delivery times ?
After placing an order on our site, it is prepared by our team in 1 to 3 working days. Delivery is then made on average within 8 days.
It is possible, in exceptional situations such as a postal strike or during holiday periods, that this deadline may be slightly extended. However, if after 3 weeks your package has still not arrived, we undertake to return it to you or give you a full refund. Rest assured, this type of situation is extremely rare and only concerns 0.1% of orders. If the wait seems long to you, know that your order is on its way to your home.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, you have 24 hours following your purchase. If you are within this time frame, please contact our customer service to proceed with the cancellation.
How to make a return and get a refund?
If you have received an item that is damaged, does not conform to your order, or if you are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option of returning it. To do this, we invite you to contact our customer service. We will be at your disposal to guide you through the return process and inform you about the conditions for obtaining a refund.

We collaborate, among others, with Stripe and Paypal, which are world leaders who would not allow the viability of a store such as ours if the rate of dissatisfied customers was high.
