What is my withdrawal period?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to change your mind and make a return.
What should I do to return an item?
To return an item, make sure that:
- The item has not been opened or used and is in its original packaging.
- You can reuse the original shipping box or another box/envelope of your choice for the return.
The return is at the client's charge. You can choose the carrier of your choice.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not directly offer exchanges. To obtain another product, please return your item for a refund and make a new purchase.
When will I be reimbursed?
Once the return is received, we will refund you within 3 working days. The refund will be made according to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Are there any exceptions to this policy?
